There is this my colleague at work that I honestly do not know how to confront because I cannot prove anything. But I have noticed a pattern that is disturbing me. Anytime I wear a skirt to work, something of his must fall to the ground. Either it is his biro or a small paper, and he will bend down to pick it. I may be overthinking, but it feels like he is always trying to peep inside my skirt. I feel very uncomfortable but I do not know how to handle it. Do you think my instincts should be trusted even without proof?
