There is this girl who just started working for me newly. From the beginning, she followed my Instagram business page on her own. I never asked her to do so, and honestly, it was not even necessary. Out of courtesy, I decided to also follow her back. About a month later, I discovered that she had unfollowed the page. What pained me most was not the fact that she unfollowed it. After all, nobody is forced to remain a follower. What really got to me was the fact that she still left me as her follower. To me, that is gutter behaviour. If she had lost interest in following my page, the honourable thing she should have done was to also remove me as her follower. That way, it is balanced. Because of this action, I have decided to let her go. Because to me, it is a sign that she is a deceitful person. However, I don’t want to act based only on emotions. That’s why I am bringing it here. Am I overreacting? Do you think it is fair for me to let her go over this issue? Or would it be a mistake? I would appreciate your sincere advice.
