I honestly do not know how to face myself right now, and I just need to share this with people here to hear your opinion. I joined Snapchat recently, and I added one of my junior colleagues from work. She is young, lively, and always posts pictures of herself. The mistake I made is that anytime she posted pictures where her cleavage showed, I would take a screenshot. I did this repeatedly for almost a month. But just yesterday, I found out that Snapchat notifies people whenever you take a screenshot of their post. My heart has not been at peace since then. This means that for weeks now, this girl has been seeing all the screenshots I took of her pictures. Yet, she has never once mentioned it to me. She still greets me with respect in the office, still talks to me normally, and has never acted in a way that shows she is upset with me. Now I do not know how to carry myself around her. Each time she greets me, I feel somehow. I keep asking myself what she must think of me as a person, as her senior colleague, and even as a man. I know I crossed the line, and I regret my actions deeply. If you were in my shoes, would you bring it up and apologize to her, or should I just pretend like nothing happened and quietly learn from my mistake?
