Good evening everyone. I have one particular worker in my office that has refused to resign no matter what I do. Honestly, I have tried my best. I reduced her salary drastically, hoping she would get angry and walk out, but to my surprise, she stayed. Right now, I am deliberately owing her six months salary, yet she still refuses to resign. This lady is very beautiful, and I love her so much. That is why I keep telling her that she should just go somewhere else to work, because I know with her intelligence and charisma, there are so many other places that would pay her very well. But anytime I try to explain, and tell her that it is because I love her that I am doing all this, her reply would be that it is because she loves me too that she is staying. Tell me, what kind of stubbornness is this? I am genuinely confused. Other workers would have resigned for less than half of what I’ve done to her, but this one seems glued to me. Now I need advice. What else can I possibly do to make her resign? Because at this point, all my tactics are failing. Or maybe, just maybe, it is because she is also my wife that these strategies are not working.
