Good morning. Recently, I discovered I have UTI ( Urinary Tract Infection ). My girlfriend is the only person I sleep with. I confronted her and she said she doesn't know how she contacted it and that she might have gotten it through urinating in a public place, because she works outdoors. It's like a field job. She went for a test and it also came back positive. We are currently receiving treatment and I just can't help but think she got it from someone and gave it to me. She swore she has never cheated on me. Please doctors in the house advice me. Can a woman contact UTI through other means? I thought she got it by sleeping with someone. And that automatically means she cheated on me. Non doctors who have an idea should please advice me too. Is it possible she got it because of the type of Job she is doing? Thank you.
