My Heartfelt Appreciation to UBA - NoCV
I just wanted to appreciate UBA because this is the third straight year that they have been the first to wish me a “Happy Birthday.” It really shows that they treat both their rich and poor customers the same way. As at the time the happy birthday message came in, I had only 8,142.22 Naira in my account. Yet the CEO still stayed up late till exactly 12 midnight just to compose a happy birthday message and personally send it to me. That kind of attention and commitment deserves to be celebrated. I now fully understand why UBA keeps winning “The Best Bank” award every single year. Some vendors who are not even half as rich as the UBA CEO still discriminate against their poorer customers, forgetting that even if we can’t afford their products now, our referrals and goodwill go a long way. UBA, you’ve earned my respect. You’ve shown that genuine customer service is not about the account balance but about the relationship. Are there other UBA customers here who also received a message from the CEO, or am I the only one the CEO treats specially?
