My worker has lost so much weight - NoCV

When I employed this lady, she had presence. She had body. She looked like someone who was enjoying life and being well taken care of. I pay my staff well, and to me, that should reflect visibly. Like it or not, perception matters, and I run a brand where appearance plays a role. Over time, customers associated her look with my business. She looked healthy, confident, and comfortable. It aligned with the image I wanted my brand to project. Then she got married. Gradually, she started losing weight. At first, I ignored it. But it kept going. Now she is so lean that people have started asking questions. Some customers now assume I underpay my staff or that she is overworked and stressed. That is not true, but perception does not wait for explanations. I spoke to her about it privately, and she told me this is how her husband likes her to be. That she is happy and healthy. I hear her, but I also have a business to protect. My brand should not look like a place where people manage life. Now I am stuck. Do I prioritize her personal life choices or my business image? Is it fair for her lifestyle change to negatively affect my brand? I am thinking of letting her go, but I will be grateful if you can provide me with an alternative. Please, what would you do if it were your own business?
