I want to start an IT Tutor Academy, so I began searching for a software developer. I posted the vacancy on different job sites and received several applications. There was one particular man in his 40s whose CV really stood out. I was impressed by his experience, so I invited him for an interview. On the day of the interview, immediately he entered my office, which is on the last floor of the building, there was a power outage. I had to ask that the generator be turned on before we could proceed. The interview itself went very well. I liked his approach, his confidence, and his knowledge. By the time we were done, we had already agreed on how much I would pay him, with the understanding that his pay would vary depending on the number of classes he teaches. He then left. A few days later, while I was typing his Letter of Appointment, immediately I finished typing the letter, the light went off again. What makes this situation strange is that my office is on Band A. We can go two weeks without even noticing a blink, yet the only two times I had anything to do with this man, the power went out. Now my concern is this. Should I see this as a coincidence or a bad omen? My business has not even kicked off, and I do not want to start dealing with spiritual issues. Please, what are your thoughts?
